You say you want a Beignet, or three? Then head to Cafe Du Monde in New Orleans. If you’ve never heard of a beignet, then check out the this Wiki link.
Ted and Kim H. submitted these pics, and it’s probably safe to say that Kim really likes to get into her breakfast and show it who’s boss!
Order of 3: $1.82
Cafe Au Lait: (sm: $3.96 / lrg $4.56)

Served in orders of 3.

Mmmm... beignet.
If you’ve been looking for a $23 breakfast from Guam, then this post is for you. Kathleen K visited there recently and was nice enough to submit this pic and write-up.
I had this for breakfast at the Hilton Guam – Tumon Beach on June 13, 2009. Breakfast was $23 per person.
I made an attempt to eat the little chili paste crab, but I just could not do it.
The breakfast buffet has full american with eggs, bacon, pastries, full british style including the cooked tomatoes, triangle hash browns for example, full japanese with miso soup, fried rice, chili paste mini crabs among other things I don’t recall, and more usuals: fruit, cereal, juice bar, french toast and omlettes made to order.
The fresh bread selection was wonderful. There were a few things I deemed scary and I purged them from my mind when I shut the buffet station lids. For some reason I am thinking they were probably seafood-related.
Tumon beach is the tourist row/area of Guam, catering mostly to Japanese travelers. The sun apparently shines here like it’s high noon all day long!

It’s been awhile since the last breakfast submission, so let’s get this baby rollin’ again!
Kirk from Dublin is back with a nice couple of omelets from the Starliner Diner located in Hilliard, Ohio. (Suburb of Columbus)
The first pic is of the Mexican Chorizo omelet: $8.75
We’re talkin’ chorizo, peppers, onion, garlic, jack cheese, and cilantro. Potatoes and toast included.
The second pic is the Farmers omelet: $8.75
Comes with bacon, potatoes, jack cheese, sour cream, and fresh basil. Also comes with potatoes and toast.

No need to panic here folks… I have surveyed the situation and nowhere do they mention Barnyard Busters from Tee Jaye’s. But checkout the article for yourself, there are a few surprises.
“London calling to the underworld…Come out of the cupboard, all you boys and girls… ” Yeah that’s right, I just busted out a little bit of The Clash on ya. Now check out these breakfast pics, Playa! Thank you Traci C. for submitting these pics from the fine eating establishment, Continente, in West Kensington, London, UK.
This first breakfast is for the laid back Ohio State fan in all of us… Eggs Benedict. It looks pretty good, especially compared to the next pic. Check out this Wiki link for some tasty Benedict variations.

There’s not a lot to say about this next picture, just look at it. If triangle food is your thing then you’re probably thinking this is looking pretty good right now. For the rest of us, not so much. Hope it was cheap and that Coke was exceptionally tasty.

I can always tell when I’ve been slacking on keeping the site updated by the thousands of emails I receive. So here it is, finally a post featuring Bob Evans pancakes. Honestly I forget the price but I’m pretty sure they’re around $4.50, and worth every penny. For my money there are none finer, but I’m open to suggestions, but as I recall, Frische’s has some pretty decent cakes too.
Now for my Bob Evans pet peeve…. their orange juice is horrible. I can only imagine that it must be made by dirty little people who soak their feet it prior to the bottling process. In this case I can over look a little OJ Toe Jam, but come on Bob Evans, how about serving it cold and w/o the pulp. WTF?
The Hilton Head Diner appears to be a convenient gathering spot these days.
Thanks to John S. we have a beauty of a photo of their Western Omelete. I’m not sure of it’s quality but according to his family he hasn’t written home about it. The Omelete was $7.99 and did include the potatoes.

Breakfast eating fool T.Khanga and myself made our way to the Hilton Head Diner in his 1995 luxury 4 door sedan. When headed to a diner it’s all about arriving in style!
Here’s what we had:
Gravy and Biscuits with a side of Hash Browns. ($7.99 not including the Mt.Dew) Would I get it again? Probably not but it really wasn’t that bad.

Gravy & Biscuits from Hilton Head Diner
Veggie omelete with a side of Hash Browns. ($7.99 not including the coffee) Khanga ate it all so I’d say he liked it. Or as the kids like to say, it has a good beat and I can dance to it.

Hey what’s cookin’ down on Tybee Island at the Breakfast Club? Well according to long time submitter, B.Wright, it’s a Blackhawk breakfast burrito. He writes that it was “yummy” but for $12.95 it should be. Now look at that burrito… stuffed full of some of the best blackhawk found in the “sowf.”
As always, a big thanks to B.Wright for keepin’ all of our breakfast dreams alive!
